European Clients Visit Our Factory: Inside Our EN1090 Precast Component Production Discover how our European partners validated our automated manufacturing. Explore our EN1090 certified precast connection systems, 35mm heavy laser cutting, column shoes, and lifting anchors.
Anchor Bolts for Column Shoes are high-strength, heavy-duty fastening solutions specifically engineered to anchor precast concrete columns to foundations or lower-level columns. When paired with column shoes, they create a robust, moment-resisting connection that ensures ultimate structural stability.
Acting as a non-bearing connection solution, these Wire Rope Boxes bridge the gap between recessed precast concrete components, as well as linking precast units seamlessly to traditional in-situ concrete structures.
Qingdao JCD Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of precast construction and concrete anchors, providing reliable equipment and solutions for global customers. The company has been actively expanding its international market and participating in key industry exhibitions to enhance brand influence and promote win-win cooperation worldwide. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to every customer and partner for your continued support. We wish all our friends prosperous business and a promising future together.
The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is a new environmental regulation from the European Union. Its core purpose is to prevent "carbon leakage"—the risk that companies might move production to countries with less strict climate policies, or that EU products could be replaced by more carbon-intensive imports
1. Core Compliance: CE Marking & Documentation CE Marking: This is not a quality mark, but a legal declaration by the manufacturer that the product satisfies all essential EU requirements. For construction, it's governed by the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). DOP vs. DOC: A DOP is the critical, specific document for construction. It must be provided in the language of the destination country and list the unique performance characteristics (e.g., load-bearing capacity, fire resistance) as tested and verified. A general DOC may be required for other product regulations (like machinery or electrical equipment). 2. Specific Standard: EN 1090 for Metalwork If you export structural steel or aluminum components (like beams, columns, or bridges), EN 1090 is not optional. Compliance involves: Implementing a certified Factory Production Control (FPC) system. Having a qualified Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC). Using CE-marked raw materials. Issuing a DOP that references EN 1090 and states the Execution Class (EXC) of the structure, which defines the required level of control. 3. New Challenge: The CBAM The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is a new, separate EU regulation targeting climate goals. While CE marking ensures product performance, CBAM addresses environmental impact. Who it affects: Initially, producers of iron, steel, and aluminum products (many of which fall under EN 1090). What it requires: Importers will need to report the embedded greenhouse gas emissions from the production process and, in the future, purchase corresponding CBAM certificates. This creates a direct financial link between carbon efficiency and export cost.
